Im a 60 year old woman & Kieron made me feel very comfortable for my first massage after hurting my back. I cannot believe the results the day after m...y back pain completely gone. He worked a lot on my shoulders where he thinks the problem is & although they are a bit sore there is so much more movement in them. I also had the best nights sleep in forever after the massage. After suffering with back problems for years a friend recommended Keiron so I booked in without hesitation. From start to finish Keiron reassured me a...nd kept me chatting through the whole process, he has a great sense of humour too which helped massively. Since my treatment I haven't suffered with lower back pain at all and not experienced pins and needles down my arm once. For me it was worth every minute and I intend to return to Keiron for maintenance treatments going forward. I can't recommend Keiron enough he really does have a gift!! xx Show more

Brilliant session with Kieran today. Booked in after having issues with lower back pain, as well as tightness in my shoulder/upper back/neck which has... been affecting everyday life. Kieran quickly was able to diagnose the issue and went to work in starting to fix me up. Being a lad of a larger build, i knew i would be in some discomfort throughout, however Kieran always knew when to stop before the pain became too much and talked through out, to explain the process he was doing to keep me informed, as well as tips i can take home to help with my hip mobility which has caused the long standing pain. Tough first session, but that was always going to happen. Will be booking in again to continue with my progress. Show more

Trust the process. Years of repeatedly dislocating both my knees, putting pressure on my hips, back, neck and legs, safe to say I was often in pain an...d stiff, countless massages of different kinds and nothing worked. Had the two hour session as I'm a big guy and several points to work on and god he's a miracle worker, poor guy put his all in, literally sweating at the end. Two days of being tender but now feel like I have a new body, cant thank him enough, 100% worth every penny, realised after i left i didnt tip so double next time, pre op end of the month so will be booking in again after surgery. I recently had a massage with Knead It Massage, specifically with Kieran, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Before my visit, I had seen several physio...therapists and sports massage therapists, but none had managed to resolve the persistent issues I was experiencing in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and particularly my rotator cuffs. After reading the glowing 5-star reviews for Knead It, I decided to book in—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I met Kieran, it was clear that he has a genuine passion for identifying and addressing the root causes of pain. During the 90-minute MOT massage, he worked diligently to target my problem areas and maximise the time available. Although I’m feeling a little tender today (which is to be expected), I’m already experiencing significantly improved flexibility in my lower back and shoulders. The pain in my upper back has dramatically reduced, which is something I hadn’t thought possible after so many unsuccessful treatments elsewhere. I can’t thank Kieran enough for his expertise, support, and helpful advice. I’m already looking forward to booking my next session with him. Highly recommended! Show more

I can't recommend Knead-It highly enough. For 6 months I've been seeing a consultant and physio through Bupa [complete with MRI scans and x-rays] with... no real improvement in my back problem. A friend recommended Knead-It, and after one visit to Keiran I saw an enormous improvement. I believe if I'd gone to Knead-It straight away, I could have saved myself 6 months of pain and discomfort. Superb massage by Kieran. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy who explained in great detail what was going on with my bad back and nerve issues I have.... He really knows how to get to the bottom of your aches and pains and put them right. He found muscular issues i never even knew I had. Its the most thorough and in depth treatment I've ever had. He also advised me on what changes i need to make when lifting weights in the gym to stop further problems arising. Will definitely be going back for further treatments and maintenance massages.
