I’ve been having treatment from Kieran for about 18 months after having 30 years of chronic back pain from 4 car accidents. What I particularly like i...s he talks me through what is wrong each time. This week id had a severe migraine which lasted 36 hours and my neck and shoulders had gone into spasm. I checked on Booksy last night to see when I could get on and there was a cancellation for today. 90 minutes. I’d like to say it was bliss at the time but I think I’d called Kieran every swear word in my head as he got to work on my broken body. You are a genius. I came to see Kieran in June after struggling with persistent knee pain since February. From the start, he was incredibly professional and thorough. W...hat really impressed me was that he quickly identified the root cause of the issue—not my knee, but my hip. After just one session, the pain was reduced by around 70%, which was a huge relief. I returned for a maintenance appointment two weeks later, and I’m happy to say that my knee is now completely pain-free. I can’t thank him enough. His knowledge, technique, and care are truly outstanding. Yes its sore and you'll be gritting your teeth for the majority of the session but it works! Highly recommended. Show more

Wow !! Just wow … been following knead it massage for a while as I’ve been suffering bad with my back but been to soft to go , finally plucked up the ...courage yesturday and from the start to end Kieron made me feel at ease .. he is a very knowledgeable man that knows his stuff !! After a 90 min session I came away feeling great .. don’t get me wrong it isn’t no spa but the result I’m hoping long term are sooo worth it .!!! Just had a deep tissue sports massage off Kieron Ball at a place behind Total Fitness… “breathforhealth” it’s called. I had an infrared sauna for 30 ...mins then the massage. The infrared takes the heat into your body and yr muscles apparently. Helps remove toxins and ease ailments. The massage was painful but my broken collarbone and stiff shoulder that had prob 30% movement is now free as a bird. Show more

Kieran knows his stuff. He made me feel really comfortable and took his time to work on each area. I’ve suffered with back pain most of my life and I ...came away feeling a whole lot better. He recommended things I could try to help alleviate underlying issues in between appointments and also discovered some of my problems are because of a separated abdominal wall. Never mind 5 stars this is a 10 star review! and its absolutely deserved. I have been struggling with pain in my back and shoulders for years and i ha...ve had numerous massages and a few chiropractor appointments to try to fix my problem, I was talking to a friend at work who recommended knead-it massage so i had a look on line and was hopefull that keiron would help me with my issue, I wasnt wrong, He quickly assesed me and diagnosed where the root of the problem was and even sorted out my calfs as one was tighter than the other due to a knee injury i had sustained 20 years ago! I will admit i wasnt ready for what it was going to feel like to be treated by keiron but i got through it with a few deep breaths ( he must of thought i was in labour at one point haha) but i could tell as soon as he got to work that keiron was getting right into the problem areas and working them out for me. All the tension has gone from my back, shoulders and calfs after just 1 visit! I cant thank you enough keiron i can restart my boxing training which i have had to stop for a couple of years now so im mega happy and i will be booking in again for a maintenance massage soon.
