We’re sorry you’re not happy as usual with your dogs cut today. The reason why your dogs cut wasn’t as short as normal is because her skin was irritated around the hygiene areas, so we didn’t want to irritate it anymore. This was explained to your partner when she collected the dog, which she seemed fine with. We also showed her pictures of the redness as well. The legs were also cut to the same length as usual, the only difference this time was that we used a different scent of cologne, which sadly perhaps isn’t to your liking. We did call you this afternoon after you left this 3 star review, instead of speaking to us first, and asked if there was anything else we can do to help, but you have chosen to leave us yet another 3 star review on our other business Google, which is disappointing and also unfair, due to it being a completely different business to this one! (Just to clarify, we have CCTV footage and screen shot images of our groomer spraying your dog with cologne and also showing your wife images on the groomers phone of where your dogs skin was irritated, so perhaps you might want to respectfully retract what you have said and delete this review).
