I’ve been going to El’s a good wee while now. A shoulder injury left me a bit worse for wear since the summer. Sara has adapted a sports massage to ...focus on my areas of weakness without causing further damage or harm. Sara sets clear expectations from her work and doesn’t do anything to aggravate my shoulder. She is so professional and knowledgeable especially when it comes to injuries! Iona knew her job very well and talked through what... she was doing and for me to say if I’d any discomfort. My daughter already goes regularly and so as I write this review I can’t say yet if I’ll be back or recommend as I’m sore today but I do have Arthritis the service was excellent. Show more

I couldn't fault the service I had with Loana. We talked through the issues I was experiencing and she used a range of techniques to help ease areas ...of extreme tighness as well as an ongoing issue with my Piriformis. I felt she was very knowledgeable, she explained what she was doing and why during the treatment, as well as checking that pain and pressure were ok throughout. She very kindly demonstrated some stretches that she felt would be beneficial to me once treatment was over. I would highly recommend and will be back! Show more
