I’m very happy with the results of my pedicure- Nataliia did an excellent job. However, I was disappointed with the communication at the salon. I was ...the only customer there who didn’t speak or understand Ukrainian, yet the staff spoke in Ukrainian among themselves and with the other customers. This made me feel excluded and created a lack of clear communication, which is essential in a service setting. I would appreciate a more inclusive atmosphere where all customers feel respected and understood. Show more
