Manual lymphatic Drainage

Nomes is amazing! I had the mld and the Brazilian lymphatic drainage first before flying and the second session when I got back due to my ankles usual...ly swelling on the plane. Nomes really took her time to understand what the problems were and explain every step of the way, I also wanted her to work gently around my stomach after my c section and she worked carefully but thoroughly as a result my ankles didn’t swell at all and my bloating was improved within a few hours of the first session. She’s simply amazing and I’ll be back for regular treatments! Show more

Have been once before for a sculpt and smooth treatment and today for the wood therapy facial. Free, off-road parking, beautiful calm building and a b...ig treatment room. Both treatments were explained beforehand and along the way. No pressure to chat but we did and it was relaxed and comfortable. The creams and serums smelt lovely, all explained too.
