Half a head foils & in between tint

This was my second appointment with Sinead. Unfortunately i was left with hair dye on my face and hair line which was very visible, it happened the fi...rst time but i didn’t say anything as i wanted to give a second chance. This time it was also down my neck. Towards the end of my appointment i had to ask for something to remove the tint, which Sinead sorted. Slightly concerning that i would have been allowed to walk out of the salon like that. My hair felt quite dry and i could hear my hair breaking as it was being brushed during the blow dry, i don’t think it was conditioned enough during being washed. I had a plan to lighten my hair but i probably won’t be back. I hate to give negative feedback but i feel sometimes it’s the only way we can learn. Show more

Dry trim - junior stylist

Be careful when booking in with the junior - £15 for a dry trim - allocated 20 minutes on Booksy. Apt book for 13:50, I sat down in the chair at 13:54... I was out the paying and out the door 13:58. Once sitting and having the cape on she asked me to stand up because my hair was long, never have I been to a salon and been requested to stand up while they cut my hair. Still very much left with split ends. Would not be returning, very unwelcoming experience. Show more

Hi Jess - we have tried to call to discuss this with you - When clients have long hair we do sometimes ask them to stand up to save from bending down to much to make sure we can cut accurately , with a dry trim we can only take an inch off which was explained to you before the stylist cut the hair and is on the booking description , We apologies you feel this way and would like the opportunity to talk through this with you, Many thanks Kimberley - Salon Owner
