Olaplex treatment , cut & blowdry

It was my first appointment at this place was booked in for Haircut, Olaplex and Blowdry for £45, the price on Booksy is not even written as “from”, t...hroughout this consultation was not once informed that it would be any more expensive or I would have to pay extra for anything (maybe the curling at the end, but every other hairdressers I’ve been to always included hair curl as part of the service, either you leave it straight or have a quick curl). Ended up paying £56 for a this service. Came with longer hair and wanted it shoulder length with some face framing pieces. The length is fab, however face framing pieces are wonky one side is longer than the other. Also asked for it to start from cheek and was told i cant go that short because my hair is already dry, even though i have informed of face framing pieces at the beginning and was told that it will be done at the end. There was never a question how much or what to investigate what my actual plan for the face framing is in detail and how the hairdresser should plan her work/drying my hair to fit my expectation. Hi , sorry for the confusion the appointment was a restyle which is a lot more cut off than a cut and blowdry , which we do charge extra for a restyle which we did explain to you why it was extra. Please let us know if you want to pop in or discuss this with us further Thankyou x
