I’ve been coming to Chapleys for massages a few times a year for years, however the last two times I’ve been the standards have definitely slipped. My... therapist for a full body massage today either didn’t want to be there, or just didn’t know what she was doing. One hand was used to smear me in oil, there was next to no massage technique. The girl was very young, possibly fresh from college or apprenticeship, but I think the managers need to make sure standards are maintained and a high level of service is given to each and every customer. Now I’m the best part of £50 down for genuinely the worst massage I’ve had before. Really gutted because I love to support local businesses and this used to be one of the best around the Morecambe area. Show more
