Unfortunately, on this occasion the barber in question who was scheduled to be in the shop failed to attend, which resulted in the shop being closed when you arrived. I completely understand your frustration, especially after booking an appointment and arriving on time. As discussed over the phone, I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience and wasted journey. I have since addressed the issue internally and taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. I'd still like the opportunity to put things right and look forward to welcoming you back for the complimentary haircut and facial I offered as a gesture of goodwill.
