Disappointed from start to finish 😕 the appointment was delayed when I sat down the nail technician was poor in her skill set showed a picture she sa...id ok thats what I would get for overall finish but it was not then she called other staff members over and was talking in her own language and was shouting got me few times and cut my skin and was very forceful when turning my thumb it actually hurt the amount of force used she then dropped the nail brush on me it was the worst experience of my life after ranting to her colleagues in her language sounded so aggressive and she was huffing and puffing she wanted it to be over quick and was rushing. I spoke to two different people that could speak English and told them I dont want glitter its not what I asked for again the lady was talking in her language and shouting they then told me they have no gel powders why not say that to begin with I have had ombre nails before but not like this! 😡 the overall finish is poor sharp in areas for the acrylics and not what I expected for 40.00 I would not recommend to anyone or ever go for treatment sloppy and poor disgusting service @chloes nails wish I had never booked and asked to remove when they went on intially it was not anyone called Jayden it was a female very poor they need closing down Show more

Really poor service, booked BIAB after work. Was initially sat down and a guy started to prep my nails, he was very forceful and pushed my cuticles to... the point where I had to pull my hand back. I was then seen by a woman who was friendly but she was so quick and everything was rushed. It was like they just wanted to get it over with and finish. When I got back to my car one of my nails started bleeding at the cuticle and continued to do so for a good few hours, the BIAB has also not been applied well. I've always gone to Chloes and had a good experience but this was not one of them. Show more

Enjoy going here, always offerd a drink. Last service, my biab nails cracked after a few days. I went back in, and they fixed them straight away!
