I come here regular now love the atmosphere everyone is so nice but today I went in and I come in with just out there designs and when I went today I ...gave her a very complicated design and we figured out how to make it work in the end but she was so lovely and took her time she was just great super friendly and was so pleased with the outcome what I asked for had them all talking figuring out how to do it but they came good and I would highly recommend Show more

The staff was very friendly, and I was really happy with the final result! The only downside is that they don’t accept card payments—only cash or bank... transfers. As a new client, I wasn’t aware of this and arrived at the store with just my phone. Since I couldn’t make a bank transfer and had nothing to leave as collateral (which is completely understandable), I wasn’t able to step out to withdraw cash. In the end, I had to wait for my boyfriend to bring me the money. I’d recommend that they make it clearer in their description that they are a cash-only business to avoid similar situations for new clients. Show more

One of the best nail salons in Coventry. I have been going to Chloe’s nails since they had just two chairs in a salon opposite a butchers and have rec...ommended them to many of my friends and family. It’s amazing to see the growth to two salons. Customer service is always really good. The only downside now for me is understandably I can no longer get an appointment with my preferred technicians as they are so busy which was the only reason I had continued to go there for so many years. I am so particular with my nails so prefer a more personal touch from the same person so it may be time for me to find somewhere else. Show more
