I've just been into the salon for the first time. Amy did my nails, and Lee did my pedicure. Amy did exactly what I asked for and was quick, which is ...important to me as im busy. French tip biab extensions: Really happy with how my nails turned out, really friendly staff and were done quickly! Unfortunately I had problems with ...a few on the nails in the first week which was frustrating. However, the salon reached out to get these nails fixed free of charge which I really appreciated, and second time around they look great!! Very happy overall😊 Show more

Paid £28 for a service that took 12 minutes. No care taken to cut my cuticles and file my toenails into symmetrical shapes. Looks like a child did the...m…. Top coat not applied properly so is peeling after less than 24 hours. Awful service. Show more

Friendly atmosphere but unfortunately this is the 3rd time I have been unhappy with my nails. Quality has sadly gone down hill now that Chloe and Jimm...y are not in the salon all the time. Cuticles weren’t cut off, and the acrylic isn’t being placed right next to the cuticle making them look a week old. -Dark pink set done yesterday but look grown out already. -Light pink set were 3 days old when the picture was taken. -Broken nail was done after 1 day of having them on as the acrylic was very thin, salon did rectify this for me. My appointment was booked for 6:15pm, unfortunately after having to drive 40 minutes I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrived the team ...said it was fine and started my nails. The salon shuts at 7pm, therefore had half an hour before it shut. I don’t know their names but all 3 people who did my nails were lovely and polite. The last guy who did my nails stayed behind over half an hour to finish my nails which I’m very grateful for as I was late. I absolutely recommend the salon! Love my nails thank you! Show more
