I had combination brows by Hannah at Renata Cosmetics and am delighted with the result. She really took time to discuss the procedure in detail and ma...de sure I understood the process and what to expect. She really put me at ease and discussed any concerns that I had. I found the procedure painless and I am delighted with the result. I couldn’t be happier with my brows. Prior to the procedure I had extremely thin brows but they now look thick and even. I now feel much more confident without make up and my brows look completely natural. I couldn’t recommend Hannah more highly and will be returning for any procedures I need in the future. Show more

I have wanted to get my eyebrows done for a while and was a bit nervous about getting them done. Hannah was so friendly from the moment I met her, she... spoke through everything that she was doing and that made me feel really at ease. Hannah is very professional and amazing at her job, she is so caring and even checked in with me after my appointment to make sure I was still happy with my eyebrows. Had my combination brows and lip blush by Hannah today. I can not express how over the moon I am with the results already. Not only is Hannah amazing ...at what she does, but she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease and has great conversation. First time meeting Hannah today, and I'm glad i did. I had the most amazing experience getting my eyebrows microbladed (combination brows) by Hannah! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel complet...ely at ease. Her knowledge and expertise are incredible, and she talked me through every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was a little nervous beforehand, but she was so reassuring and checked in with me throughout, which made all the difference. I had an appointment on the 28/1/25 to have my lip blush and eyebrows combo, I was extremely nervous however that was all quickly out the window Hanna...h was amazing from start to finish reassuring me talking me through step by step and showing the pre-work before she started anything and I could change anything if I wanted to but I didn’t I was more than happy and trusted her knowledge. From the first message I sent Hannah until I was home and settled after my treatment, the service has been absolutely 1st class. She is so warm, frien...dly, yet professional. Her knowledge and love for her trade oozes out of her, and you automatically feel safe and secure. She listened to what i was hoping to achieve as an outcome, and worked with that; not being satisfied until she had my brows perfect. I honestly thought they where perfect as soon as she was finished, but she noticed small details amd knew, that if she added hairstrokes in specific areas it would really enhance the look, and of course she was right. She is so talented at what she does, and has a great eye for detail. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and M.E which affects my pain tolerance, but as she uses high quality machinery and numbing gel, i could not feel a thing. This was my main concern, and I was very apprehensive due to this. The equipment she uses, is again a reflection on her love for her trade, clientelle, and her professionalism. Giving nothing but the best quality service all round. I left with indepth aftercare instructions and treatment too. Her pricing is in line with all other practitioners but honestly the environment and skill set she provides is priceless. Thank you Hannah. I will need to come up with another treatment I "Need" just to come back to you. And, on a personal level the chat was just as awesome as my eyebrows are xxx Show more

I had lip blush done by Hannah today and I am over the moon with the whole experience, from our first communication after I replied to a call for a li...p blush model to leaving from my appointment today, it has been nothing but a positive experience. Hannah is so lovely, complimentary, friendly and professional, she is so knowledgeable and such a perfectionist, I explained my concerns and she instantly knew exactly how to achieve results that are perfect for me, explaining it all thoroughly before and throughout the procedure, ensuring it was virtually pain free by applying numbing cream and gel. The shop Hannah is based in is pristine, modern, warm and welcoming. I left my appointment today delighted with my new lips and feeling like a million dollars.
