The spin classes are challenging but very good, the gym is stocked with large array of equipment, is alway...s tidy and clean as well as changing facilities, and the team are fantastic, super supportive and highly motivating. I am absolutley loving being part of K8 Fitness. It's clean, friendly and most of all, not indimidating. I'd never been to gym before but Kate made it... welcoming and accessible. The classes are fun, challenging and efficient (Important when we all seem time poor!). I've always dreamt of having a PT and signing up with sessions with Kate has not been a dissapointment - I'm stonger and fitter now than i've ever been.
