I booked a hair appointment for today at 9.30am I contacted Charlie last week to book in for my hair and I was given a link to a app for booksy. It's ...a very easy straight forward app to use witch is great, anyway the morning came of my appointment and I had arrived at CRW Barbers. As I walked in I was greeted by Charlie with a warm friendly hello, how are you? I found that as a nice touch, felt like friend and a person not just another number. I had to wait under five minutes as there was a customer already in the chair. I was very happy with the service as Charlie taken the time to find out what hair cut/style I was after. Plus we had a chat while I was in the chair it was friendly chat great atmosphere as well. It wasn't over the top of a chat or in total silence from start to finish. It was like chatting with a friend, Charlie had done a excellent job giving me the hair cut I had wanted. The price was very fair and reasonable as well £15 great work it's very clean barbers shop easy location to get too the price list is very clear and easy to read. Service 10/10 friendliness 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Cost 10/10 I will definitely recommend CRW Barbers to family and some other friends that I haven't seen for a while.
