shea is an amazing fighter but an amazing teacher as well.. immediately you get to see the wide amount of knowledge in martial arts, and that makes me... feel at ease.. always wanted to carry on with martial arts, and with shea, you get the feeling you learn a lot and in a quick amount of time. His patience and passionate attitudes stand out, deffo gonna carry on and recommend to anyone novice or expert in search to boost their martial art knowledge and self-confidence. i feel that with the issues and mental health going through in my teenage years and shortly with work stress, it's helping me massively to stay sharp physically and mentally so extremely recommended.
