Where to begin? I’ve been seeing Smily for a few months now because of overuse injuries from weightlifting and way too much badminton. When I first wa...lked into his new place, I was really impressed. It’s clean, professional, and super welcoming—exactly what you’d hope for in a sports therapy spot. Smily’s got some seriously modern equipment for sports therapy and cupping, and I can tell that he’s invested in the best stuff. He’s not just about quick fixes and really gets to the bottom of whatever pain or injury you have. My recurring lower back and shin pain from all the weightlifting and badminton? He managed to get rid of it virtually overnight, which is well and truly priceless in my eyes. His mix of sports therapy techniques and cupping, especially the Graston therapy, is exactly what you need when he gets to work on those stubborn knots and tight muscles. I wholeheartedly recommend checking Smily out if you’re dealing with any sports injuries from badminton, weightlifting, or any other activity. Show more

Very lovely set up where everything is clean and organised. Smily worked on my lower back where he used cross therapies to get rid of my sciatica. Whe...re i was also give a mini physio plan to help eliminate these problems in the future 10/10 will book in again next month Show more
