I have been training with Karl for a few years now. I have found Karl is very committed and very focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes ever...y session challenging and yet fun. My fitness levels have increased and I have the confidence now to lift heavier weights and push myself out of my comfort zone. There are a variety of classes to choose from that definitely make you get your sweat on. He understands my needs and how to motivate me . Karl also ensures that my techniques are correct-preventing any injuries. He is extremely reliable and very punctual. I enjoy working out at this gym, it’s a great atmosphere with a lot encouraging people. Show more
