Afterwards, I had a wonderful facial, and neck and shoulder massage with Lara which was the best massage I've had in long time. I really wanted to love my experience but I just didn’t 😩 The set up is beautiful, But it’s not a suitable location for relaxing treatments such as ...massage. I booked for a back massage and a scalp massage and the therapist was absolutely lovely but I could tell it wasn’t treatments she was particularly experienced in, I’m a wuss with deep massage but it was so light and she didn’t go past the mid section of my back which was so disappointing because my back was the reason I’d booked. The scalp massage was nice and the room was lovely BUT the walls are so thin I may as-well have been in the cafe with the blenders, in the exercise session and in with the man doing the fire and ice hyping himself up to rap music and doing his ABC’s next door. I was so disappointed that I went straight to a Thai massage near by and had an amazing experience. Show more

I have MS and mobility issues. I struggled up the stairs I paid for the treatment and was let to the room. I was not given any information about the t...reatment and its benefits The infra red was excessively hot and could not be adjusted The stairs to the cold pool were steep and I struggled to get in and felt very unsafe because there was no handrail. If something had happened there was no one to call. There was no consideration with regards to health and safety and no concern showed by the staff. She was obviously unqualified and more interested in serving customers in the cafe she was running. She was the only member of staff. I was helped down the stairs by a member of the public as the staff member was busy texting in her phone The cold bath was lovely but I don’t recommend the place and won’t ever use it again Show more
