Damaged My Car and Refused to Take Responsibility I had been a repeat customer of this valet service, but after my most recent visit, I will never re...turn. I dropped off my car in good condition, and when I returned a short while later, the rear-view mirror had come loose and fallen off. I immediately went back to report the issue, expecting it to be handled professionally — instead, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. The owner later claimed that their CCTV showed no damage and even tried to blame my child for pulling on an air freshener — a completely inaccurate and offensive suggestion. I was not comfortable returning alone to view the footage due to how I was treated, and despite asking for the footage to be sent or for insurance details to make a claim, I was repeatedly refused. The mirror was clearly damaged while the vehicle was in their care, and the refusal to accept responsibility or even involve their insurer is unacceptable. This situation could have been resolved quickly and respectfully. Unfortunately, it was handled with denial and blame-shifting. I would strongly advise others to think twice before leaving their car here. Show more
