Yesterday was our first time experiencing an ice bath and it didn’t disappoint. James is a great host and has a good sense of humour. He timed us in t...he sauna (10minutes) then help us to increase our time in the ice bath. We had 3 dips (30s, 1min, 2mins). There are 4 ice baths and one large sauna. It would be lovely for a group of 4 if you didn’t want to share with people you don’t know. The views are stunning as you can see the fields and the sea. Remember to take a drink with you as the sauna does heat up, some sliders and a towel/ dry coat for the colder days. Looking forward to booking again. Show more

We’re so pleased to have a place like this in the village! The views were beautiful (even on an overcast day) and the actual experience was really exh...ilarating.
