Went the second time this week and its an amazing experience! The hot/cold therapy is so beneficial and the suggested times for sauna/ice bath worked ...really well! The owner is super friendly to talk too and you are being looked after during your session. Water fountain by the sauna would be a bonus and maybe a heated changing room (altho i just changed in the sauna lol!) The views are stunning! I highly recommend Alive for everyone to try, first timers and polar bears too 🤣🤣🤣 We will be back! Show more

Really good experience. Would definitely recommend. Lovely views of the English Channel to take in as you relax. The cold therapy is an actually is pl...easure following the heat of the sauna. Definitely had a massive burst of energy after the session and better muscle recovery. Show more

Really welcome addition to the area and look forward to being a repeat user. Definitely think that a changing space immediately by the sauna would b...e welcomed. Also for clients to manage their time within their booking, i.e plunge and sauna for the durations they wish to. A drinking water tap and shower would also be brilliant in the future. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to come back! Show more
