Asked for the first undercut, received the second. Absolutely devastated and appalled, to be honest. The lines aren't straight. The sides are differen...t heights, taking half my hair off instead of an inch from each side. Didn't get shown the undercut properly at the time because the rest of the hair had been styled, so they didn’t want to lift it. Saw this once I got home. It's literally the worst haircut I've ever received and truthfully wish I'd not paid for it. There is no way of fixing it without losing more of my hair and will easily take 12 months to fully growout. Literally gutted. Show more
