It was a pleasure doing my hair at MorganLocs. I was very happy with the outcome of my hair. Amazing. I done my hair before and I had to wake up in ni...ght to pull them out. From other reviews, it clear this is a very talented loctician who takes pride in his work. However, this clear talent has bred a degree of arrogance ...and entitlement. If you book an appointment, make sure you have no other plans. He will be late with no apology only excuses e.g. "there was traffic, i don't control traffic" and "the trains are delayed" There will be no apology forth coming. Only indignace and offense at being asked basic questions e.g "is the appointment still going ahead" will illicit the response "i don't like how your are questioning me". As if he is doing you a favour by accepting your appointment and taking your booking fee. The expectation seems to be, be grateful he has shown up at all. Forget accountability, basic customer service or manners. All are chasing him but he is doing his fervent best to out run them. Suceeding, i must say, with Boltian panache. If you value your time and peace. Go elsewhere. Obvious talent is not worth the aggrevation and rudeness you will be subjected to. And oh, your deposit will not be returned.
