Booked before 9am for a loc retwist at 11am. The stylist did not contact the salon owners until 11.30am, to say he'd just woke up and that same-day ap...pointments cannot be made as "thats not how it works". Not only that, he proceeded to cut me off and shout at me over the phone. A waste of an hours travel. Would not recommend! Show more
