Charlotte is one of a kind.. She has been my trustee hairdresser for at least 5 years . Recently I made a rash decision to cut my hair myself! It was ...a disaster … I messaged Charlotte in a slight panic , and she invited me in to sort it out the very next day! 🤩..Didn’t charge a penny either ! 😍… She makes everyone feel so comfortable and really listens to what you want to achieve. Absolutely amazing!!! I have struggled for years to find a hair dresser that I can trust and like going to and Charlotte has absolutely restored my f...aith!! I was welcomed in with an array of different drinks, and snacks of my choice, she really does go that extra mile for her customers and it really shows. She made me feel so much at ease, the atmosphere was lovely. When it came to my hair, I tried my best to describe how I would like it and what tones I would like and charlotte definitely understood the assignment!!
