An interesting experience. I had more intolerances than I thought I did. Everything was explained to me clearly, and how to manage the intolerances ...by ensuring I don't have too many of the offending items if I can't remove them all entirely! I'm more aware about what I'm eating now and my horrendous acid reflux is much better as I know what to avoid. Show more
