I'd went for a hike through the mournes and my legs where in bits, the cold plunge i feel really makes a difference, i only wish i could tolerate it l...onger! 1 min and im done. The swedish sauna and cold plunger are so well looked after, a very relaxing space, and the people running it seem lovely. If they ever got a jacuzzi i might move in. Show more

I recently had 3 sessions of Cryotherapy on my knee, 10 weeks post surgery. Inflammation was reduced and I had increased flexion of my knee. The sauna.../cold plunge set up is fab! Very clean, relaxing and staff are so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend visiting! Show more
