The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, the only slight issue i had was that the couch was a little uncomfortable after a while as it was quite ...hard. The room was well set out, the products used were soothing and of great quality. Lady who did my treatment was fantastic. Would highly recommend the service Show more

I had the most amazing experience at KUMIKO. Rita was so welcoming when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable and warm enough. The spa room itself... was really relaxing with soft music and ambient lighting - it was hard not to fall asleep! The treatment was amazing and had so many elements to it, from hair masks to a neck/shoulder/arm massage. I came out feeling refreshed and I can't wait to go back for another treatment.
