The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, the only slight issue i had was that the couch was a little uncomfortable after a while as it was quite ...hard. I had the most amazing experience at KUMIKO. Rita was so welcoming when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable and warm enough. The spa room itself... was really relaxing with soft music and ambient lighting - it was hard not to fall asleep! The treatment was amazing and had so many elements to it, from hair masks to a neck/shoulder/arm massage. I came out feeling refreshed and I can't wait to go back for another treatment.
