This salon left me feeling stressed and extremely disappointed. I went in for a Sisterlocs wash and retouch expecting a relaxing experience, but inste...ad received poor service and unprofessional treatment. There was no transparency in pricing, and the final cost was unclear. The stylist who worked on my hair appeared inexperienced, and the appointment took from 10am to 4:45pm—much longer than expected. During this time, the shop owner repeatedly shouted at the stylist (her daughter) in front of me and even made a threat to slap her, which was very uncomfortable to witness. The overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. There was little communication, and basic customer care was lacking (my coat was left on the floor all day). I was also told a hair product would dissolve with heat, but after being under dryers for nearly an hour—causing scalp discomfort and headaches—I left with visible white residue in my hair. My scalp was also burned multiple times during blow drying. When I tried to raise my concerns, the owner refused to engage or take accountability. Positives: my Sisterlocs were neatly interlocked, and the stylist did try to fix the issues, although this highlighted her inexperience further. As a Black woman, my hair is an important part of my identity, and this experience reinforced how important it is to be cautious about who I trust with it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon.

Sis I think this review is very unnecessary . First of all our lash tech is not a learner . She is a certified lash tech. You chose to be rude and Bossy to A young lady. You lashed out infront of other customers as an Adult . You explained your impatience and you behaviour based on previous experience with our old lash tech which is no longer available . I apologised and offerred you a compensation discount . You were very hostile even though you said she was kind to you . Not necessary coming on here may the Lord guide you in your future endeavours .
