I feel like a completely different person now than what I felt earlier today before going to see Heather for my first reiki session with her, I feel r...ested, peaceful and yet lifted. My mum had been seriously ill for a long time and passed so peacefully two weeks ago, her funeral is in five days so I have not been in a good place for so long, living with anxiety, emotional stress and upset. I described it to someone that it has been like living with a hard, solid weight from my chest to the pit of my stomach. Right now I feel as though that weight has shattered and disintegrated somewhere else, I can physically feel the difference. Obviously the pain of grief is s still there but I feel like that space is now empty and that I am breathing properly for the first time in a long, long while. Heather (with her loving, gentle) guided me through the whole session, clearly explaining each stage, I know that she used crystals and different scents/aromas throughout the session but I was so deeply relaxed that everything just went out of my mind and I just sensed my breathing and feelings that my body naturally reacted to what Heather was doing. Although I advised Heather about some chronic illnesses that I live with I failed to tell her about my stomach issues yet as soon as she started to ‘do her thing’ on my solar plexus chakra I could physically feel my upper abdomen responding and felt a strange but nice pulling feeling as though the area was being adjusted/reset In someways. Heather you are an absolute treasure and I will definitely be back with you soon but for now I am going to enjoy this lovely sense of calm 🙏🏻❤️ xx Show more
