Hi Chloe, sorry you had this experience. As explained to you that evening I was completely unaware you had come to your 6pm appointment as you sat in the car and didn’t enter the salon until 6:25pm. As I assumed you were not attending your appointment I spent abit more time with the client in the chair on that occasion. Unfortunately I don’t monitor messages throughout the working day and was unaware you had sent through a message to explain you had arrived for your appointment and was waiting in your car outside (this is the reason we have a direct phone number that is available to call during working hours) I do apologise if you feel like the service was rushed, you did ask me on two occasions about time as there was pressure to have you finished by a specific time. Your account was restricted that evening so your access to booking future appointments wasn’t any longer available due to creating an unwelcoming atmosphere In the salon as both clients in that evening have reported how uncomfortable they had felt due to your demeanour. Again I do apologise that this was your experience and hope you find a better suited lash tech in the future.
