Hi Maria, I’m sorry to hear you felt disappointment with your treatment. I only wish you’d reached out to me directly at the time, as I would have happily resolved things for you straight away. I’ve since messaged you personally but unfortunately haven’t had a response. I take pride in my work and always do my best to ensure clients leave happy, I stand by my services although there is unfortunately many factors out of my control that could effect the longevity of a lift and tint which is why I wish we could have had a conversation and found a solution together.
