Such a lovely experience 🤩 The salon is gorgeous, everyone was so friendly especially Ellie who treated me to the spa, it was lovely to chat to her ...as I was scared I would fall asleep and start snoring !! 😂 Show more

The experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were professional and approachable, and we were kindly offered a drink upon arrival and afte...r the treatment. However, my only complaint is that the session was not a full hour as advertised. My friend and I arrived 10 minutes early, allowing enough time to complete the necessary forms. After a short wait, we entered the treatment room 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. I assumed the hour-long session would begin then, but the treatment ended exactly at 3 PM, giving us only 45 minutes. I didn’t raise this at the time, but it’s disappointing that the session was advertised as an hour when it wasn’t. Given the cost, I would expect either a full 60-minute treatment or transparency about the actual duration. Show more
