My first appointment at NUYU and I was amazed. The salon is beautifully decorated, the staff are friendly and attentive and the services are brilliant.... OMG what an absolutely fantastic experience! I highly recommend this. A whole hour of pure bliss which included a facial, neck and shoulder massage an...d the head spa. Our therapists were both amazing (I'm so sorry but I was so zoned out I can't remember their names!) One is the hair stylist with blond hair. Absolutely would recommend this - 100% Show more

Omg how amazing !!!! I had my first experience here this morning and it was the japenease head spa treatment ! It was so blissful and relaxing , the g...irls was all so smiley and welcoming and the atmosphere was great, I had the lovely sharna and she was so professional and made me feel at ease and relaxed from the start, I took away a leaflet with me because I just know I’m going to become a regular client and will be trying out all their services, .. pedicure for me next I think ! Booked a double booking for Japanese head spa today for me & my daughter after having had a recommendation from a friend who visited within the last f...ew mths. We arrived 15 mins early to fill out our forms and was offered drinks, upon completion of forms, we were led upstsirs to have scalp analysis which was amazing to see our hair from the roots, close up. We were then shown to our room. So tranquil, felt relaxed as soon as we entered. We then had the most amazing facial and head massages ever, carried out by Ellie & Sam and both may i and were lovely young ladies! Made us both feel very comfortable. So thank you girls. We left with hair mask put in our hair and there are hairdryers, stylers etc for you to use if you wanted too, we chose to do a rough dry for the road trip home, we was even offered another drink if we wanted and we was under no pressure to leave straight after treatment to be honest we felt that relaxed after spa we cud of just had a little nap 😁For anyone thinking of booking and who are not sure - just get it booked you wont be disappointed we travelled just under an hour to this treatment and i wouldnt hesitate to go back again, infact im hoping to go with my youngest daughter soon. I walked into a beautiful relaxed salon all the staff were very welcoming The staff are so welcoming and friendly Service was amazing Tori was g...reat she explained everything to me showing me the condition of my scalp She was very attentive during the head spa Always checking that the pressure she was using was ok and that the water wasn’t to hot I felt absolutely amazing after . We had a fantastic experience at Nuyu head spa. I went as a birthday treat with my mum. It was interesting looking at our scalps before and after the ...treatment with the camera. Our treatment team; Ellie and Sam were both so friendly and informative. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend. It was like a facial and a head massage all in one. It was so relaxing! I loved all of the different devices they used. If you love having your hair done at the hairdressers then you will adore this! I can’t wait to book again in the future!
