I detest leaving negative reviews but unfortunately in this case I have to. I arrived on time for my booked appointment. I was told to take a seat by... the windows. After 20 minutes someone comes over to tell me that they were waiting for someone else to arrive so apologies for the wait.. 30+ more minutes go by and I’m finally called over. One lady filed my nails and then I was moved onto another lady. Less than half an hour later my nails were done. Ladies were swapped over again and then I was told “you’re finished”. I didn’t bother to look at them in the shop I just paid and left. I looked at them when I got in the car and just felt deflated. I understand businesses get busy and it was the lead up to the weekend, however the lack of communication, the wait after my appointment time and then the rushing of my nails was just poor. Show more

Awful service. I waited over 30 mins for the nail tech to arrive as she was late. No apology on arrival. We started to do my nails then she would stop... and text another person, begin the naild again then stop for another 5 mins. It became a joke. Halfway through prepping the nails, the tech cut the top of my finger which bled, a lot. It felt the tech wasn't really intrested in making a new client but to focus on her personal life. My appointment was booked as a 40 min session and i was there almost 2 hours. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't return. The nails lifted after a week. Show more

Very nice eyelashes, I recommend it, I don't recommend it if someone is in a hurry and wants to have well-made nails. They were made for me by a poorl...y trained person with whom I made an appointment. The color was not demanding plain uniform. I spent 3 hours more there than I should have. For the owner, I recommend that you better train the staff on mannequins before they start doing nails. If you are in a hurry, 3 hours makes a big difference. Show more
