I m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I went in expecting a professional haircut, but unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Desp...ite clearly explaining how I wanted my hair cut, Ali did not follow my instructions and the result was far from what I asked for. I’ve been a regular customer for a while and have always had great experiences with Marcus in the past, and more recently with Adam—both are skilled, attentive, and clearly know what they’re doing. Today, however, was a completely different experience. Ali came across as unprofessional and inattentive, and the lack of care in his work really shows in the final result. It’s frustrating to leave a place you trust feeling this dissatisfied. I will definitely not be choosing Ali again. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures a more consistent level of service across all staff.
