Great experience! Rosie is an artist when it comes to hair cutting! She has cut a shag hairstyle for me and I’ve had an unbelievable amount of complim...ents on it. Rosie really listens to what I want from my cut, considers my hair type and lifestyle, and does exactly what we have talked about during the consultation. She has helped me with any concerns I have for my hair and has got my hair looking the healthiest it has in years. And she’s really easy to talk to! Ilona’s Studio is gorgeous. Cosy, warm, bright, clean, quiet, friendly and an overall chilled out vibe. The most comfortable hair wash I’ve ever had at a basin with a massage chair and really comfortable neck cushion - trust me, it’s like no other (and I’ve been to a lot of salons!). Plenty of personal space so you don’t feel like you’re being crowded. Lovely selection of drinks and snacks to keep you going throughout your appointment. All in all, a great experience and a very happy customer - highly recommend! Show more

This was my first time visiting Rosie at Ilona’s collab studio and I am blown away! From the minute you walk in there is such a relaxed spa vibe and t...he massage chairs are incredible. I didn’t want my wash to end!! Rosie took the time to listen to what I wanted and was totally reassuring when I told her I had a bit of anxiety about the cut after a bad experience elsewhere.
