After the service was finished, you decided to switch to a taper fade, which is a completely different style and requires additional time and a separate booking slot to complete properly. Regarding pricing, we’d like to confirm that you were charged £15 for the taper fade and £8 for the beard service, which are our standard, clearly listed prices.
