At my previous salon on Stoke’s Road, it had begun to feel like a conveyor belt. The cut was perfectly fine, but everything felt perfunctory — distrac...ted staff and little sense of care. Julie’s is the opposite. Attentive service, a proper head massage, tea or coffee (and homemade cake), and no feeling of being rushed. Not just a haircut or colour, but a genuinely lovely and caring experience.

Wow what can i say! My first time visiting the salon and I was welcomed with open arms. Julie spent time talking to me prior to the appt when i expla...ined what i was after and carried out a skin test to check the products worked well with me. Upon hair day i was made to feel relaxed and listened to and was treated like a princess throughout my appt. I love that Julie listened to what i was after for my colour and also gave lots of interesting advice and tips to get the finished look tjat would suit me. I was served a stunning hot chocolate and cake whilst i was being pampered for some needed me time to relaxe whilst my colour was on whixh was a gorgeous touch. Perfect all round experience and cant wiat to return. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Julie and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s such a lovely place to be. Relaxed but efficient too. The process is explained well , as m...e being out of touch, which is helpful. Julie is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss any concerns that arise. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is kept immaculate and you are made to feel valued. Highly recommend.
