I love that her salon is by single appointment only – it makes the whole experience so calm and relaxing, and it’s a h...uge help for me as a mum with young children, as I don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone else. She is brilliant at what she does and always listens carefully to what I want, even when I change my mind about colour or style at the last minute. Such a comfortable space. (I took my shoes off). I described what I have done already and how I’m not ready to embrace the grey. Elle took control, ...recommended perfectly and performed her magic. And even advised with this, I could wait a longer time before needing my next appointment as currently needing every 4 weeks. I’ve never left a salon (in the many many many years) and not gone home to re wash and style but this time I did. I love it!!! Show more
