We had a great experience here a few weeks ago, especially with the online booking system. My son is autistic and really benefits from having a set ap...pointment time rather than waiting or being turned away if it’s busy. Because of that, I booked another appointment for 28th January at 5:30pm. We arrived on time to find the shop completely shut, with no notice or communication. This was really frustrating and upsetting after planning around my son’s needs. If appointments are offered online, they need to be honoured or customers should be informed that they’re not going ahead! Very disappointed
