As I’m away till middle of September we are short staff just one Barber is working , usually we are two Barbers . I strongly believe that was a misunderstanding as appointments are priority . I spoke with the Barber , he say that today was a busy day and was lots of delays with show appointments and unfortunately Barber missed your appointment and we are sorry for that .
