I recently had a dry cupping session combined with a deep tissue massage on my legs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The therapist was ...highly professional, taking time to understand my needs before starting. The dry cupping really helped to loosen tight muscles and improve circulation, while the deep tissue massage worked out a lot of built-up tension. I felt an immediate difference after the session – my legs felt lighter, less stiff, and much more relaxed. The combination of techniques was powerful in addressing deep-seated soreness. I also appreciated the therapist’s attention to pressure and comfort throughout. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with tightness, soreness, or looking for serious muscle recovery! Booked a comprehensive mobile package for my dad which included massaging, dry and wet cupping, as well as consultation about his issues. Ahmed provi...ded a very comfortable experience for us and was helpful in his advice. My dad was interested in further cupping on his calves but Ahmed explained how too much blood loss in one day wouldn't be best for someone of my dad's age. He gave a deep massage to improve circulation and did dry cupping instead. There was relief immediately afterwards and a lot less tension. A day later, my dad says he is feeling great and is consciously considering his actions to be more mindful of his health. Overall, a very good experience and we will definitely be booking again! I had a great experience with Amor Therapies for their cupping and massage service. Although it’s a new business, Ahmed was professional, knowledgeabl...e, and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. He identified my problem areas, including tightness in my lower back and right shoulder, and tailored the session accordingly. The cupping and dry cupping felt amazing. Very soothing and effective. He also demonstrated useful stretches and gave practical advice to help with ongoing mobility. I felt relaxed throughout the entire session and definitely noticed an improvement afterward. I had an athlete tune up session which lasted an hour and helped relieve all the soreness which had built up from poor or lack of stretching in my qua...ds, hamstrings and calves. I was unable to run prior to the session but felt like this session made a world of difference in releasing knots and tension. I had dry cupping and a massage done which was timely especially with a marathon coming up next weekend. Honestly will be back and would definitely recommend to anyone else who is active or inactive and needs their body tuned up. Was really well informed the entire time and was even suggested stretches and an app that will play a part in my daily routine going forward. Went in with tightness in my lower back region. I was assessed and given a tailored treatment consisting of traditional and Graston massage techniques... followed by wet cupping. Ahmed was fantastic. Genuinely had a really nice first-time experience. The whole process was explained to me clearly, and I felt my comfort was prioritised throughout. ...I came in with some tightness in some areas in my back and left feeling loosened up with the tightness being relieved. Consequently, I noticed I was able to sleep easier. At the end of the session, I was advised to do some mobility stretches to help me progress with my range of movement before my next session. Overall, it's something I'd recommend to anyone to try. Whether you have certain issues you want to tackle or not, you'll definitely find this beneficial. Show more
