Thankyou for your review. At this time I understand your frustration however this comment is considerably incorrect. We have both rescheduled appointments on both sides due to life being unpredictable. We have both accommodated up until this morning where I asked if you may move your appointment back to allow me time to take my younger sibling to college. You returned saying your appointment would be better had in a days time, and then as I didn’t respond quick enough you responded with an appointment cancellation, which under my policy states your deposit is lost. As I asked to move your appointment to a different time I would hope my loyal clients would understand that I would only ask if needed and will always work whatever time and day is needed.
