Appointment was booked and confirmed for 9am and they didn’t arrive to open the shop until around 9.30am. Called at 9am to find out the situation and ...I was told they would be 5 minutes. No apology from the staff just a sarcastic and arrogant comment. Poor service and will not be spending my money in that shop again. Show more
