Hi Danni, I’m sorry you’re disappointed with your retention. Looking at the photos provided, there is still a good amount of the lash set remaining after 9 days. Lash retention can vary from person to person and can be affected by several factors, including natural lash shedding, skincare products, and the recent heat wave we experienced last week. High temperatures and increased sweating can significantly impact lash retention and adhesive performance. Regarding your appointment, I did receive an emergency NHS mental health phone call which lasted approximately 5 minutes. I asked before taking the call if you are ok and said yes. Continuing your treatment with the same care and professional standards as always. I do not believe this brief emergency call affected the quality of the application. I always cleanse and prepare the lashes before application as part of my standard procedure. I also tried to address your concerns privately. Unfortunately, as with all lash extensions, retention cannot be guaranteed as many factors outside the technician’s control can influence the results. I wish you all the best.
