I had an extremely concerning experience at this clinic during a booked Profhilo treatment in July 2025. On arrival, I noticed a used-looking Profhilo... box already laid out next to a pre-filled syringe. On closer inspection, I saw the syringe was labelled Airo 50 — a completely different product I had never agreed to. Had I not questioned it at the last moment, I believe I would have unknowingly received an injectable I hadn’t consented to. The explanation offered — that the product had possibly been mixed up due to previous cancellations — only deepened my concerns. I was told there was no new Profhilo in stock, which meant what was laid out was the only option. At no point was a sealed box opened in front of me. This raises serious questions about hygiene, product safety, traceability, and professional standards. I’ve since been advised to undergo testing for peace of mind, and I now also have doubts about the legitimacy of two previous Profhilo treatments I had at the same clinic, as the product was also laid out in advance on both occasions. While I was offered a refund, I was later told I’d have to sign a legal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to receive it — something no consumer should be pressured into, especially after a breach of trust and safety. This experience has left me deeply unsettled and I will be escalating my concerns to the relevant bodies. I would strongly encourage others to ask to see products opened fresh in front of them and to ensure they are fully informed before proceeding with any treatment. Show more
