Not a great haircut I’m afraid. I use Ripleys all the time for me and my son and I like it there but I’d never had my hair cut with Beau before and he... explained he was new. Got home to find basically that I had bits sticking out all over the place. It hadn’t been blended so that the length looked uniform. My wife commented that she could have even cut it better than that. It’ll grow out but I’m afraid I won’t be booking with Beau again. Show more

Hi David. Very sorry about this. Beau is new and usually does very well but obviously not in this case. Steps have been taken to prevent this in the future. I have sent you a text to see if we can rectify the haircut with an experienced barber. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

I made an online booking for Jon to cut my hair but when i arrived i was told that somebody else was cutting my hair. The barber finished my hair in a...bout 10-15 mins with very little care and attention, No graduation on back and sides like i asked. When asked what i thought i asked if She could take a little more off the back and sides adding graduation she just went shorter again with no graduation but didn't show me the back once finished. It felt uncomfortable to say what i really thought and just paid and left. Worst haircut i think i've had. I have used a different barber before at this barbers and he did a very good job. Show more
