Lyndsey was able to identify tightness in my neck, she explained that it could be connected to grinding my teeth. I managed to get a dentist appointme...nt the same day and sure enough The dentist confirmed that I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep!. The dentist asked for Lyndseys details as she was so impressed! Massage was perfect. I feel much better thank you!
