FAMILY AWARE OF SICK LIES, POLICE AND CITIZEN ADVICE CONTACTED. Contacted KC aesthetics after an appointment I had unbelievable response blocked immed...iately with no refund after being totally unhappy with my service photos below proving communication and results. Disgusted in the way this has been handled and my results… the reply by Kayla is totally incorrect information I was at an event with protection over my lips. The event on the evening was in the dark. I was in no way intoxicated. I have a great relationship with my mother which she will vouch for and my ex partner was not sent to prison by myself and also have proof of this totally irrelevant response considering this is a professional business and has listened to rumours or hearsay rather than dealing with this professionally, I will be taking this to trading standards and a lot further I also have a fantastic relationship with my daughter who is sat beside me now so whatever you have been told is completely incorrect information and again is totally irrelevant to my issues you discussed a lot about your personal life and how you would like to get back at your ex. Hello Hannah , no refund given due to your concerning behaviour. You have called the shop and been verbally abusive towards people that work there. You have demanded a free service. Bare in mind you have gone against all aftercare for a chemical peel and lip blush. You have been out at UB40 and out for bank holiday drinking and in the sun. You were told to stay off sun beds and off all uv exposure due to damage to the skin and not to drink alcohol due to dehydration. You cannot sweat etc ... I have photo evidence of you out drinking and in the sun I have messages from yourself where you have agreed you have dehydrated your body. You were given a bag of ice pack and gel ice pack in the shape of lips and you were given vitamin D gel for your lips that would get you around 2 weeks worth of aftercare. You have followed no aftercare advice at all. You are a dangerous individual that suffocated her 3 year daughter and had her taken off you you called the police on your ex partner because he left you and the police on your mother who is a sister at the nhs and said she had been drinking and doing drugs. Your a very concerning individual. You have contacted my clients and threatened to do their homes over. For my own safety I have called the police and for the safety of every one at the shop and my clients. I was told you would do this for a refund and you have I have recorded the phone call I had with yourself as well . I wish you all the best and hope you get help.
