A lovely experience, and I enjoyed the treatment that I had. Traditional Hammam with Essence of Arabia . Each step was very relaxing, and my skin fel...t good afterwards. Lovely surrondings , a nice little area to sit after but could be a little bigger. Friendly staff and warming atmosphere. I was a little disappointed as the Essence of Arabia states ' finished with a 15 minute massage ' I was expecting the last part of the treatment to finish with this massage . It did not, and when I asked about it, the lady said she did do the massage with the treatment. But I felt this wasn't a 15-minute massage but a 5-minute massage that massaged the clay mask into the skin . Maybe I was expecting something more or misunderstood the remit ? This is why I gave 3 * and not 5 . But happy with everything else 🙂 Show more

I don’t even know where to start — Eden Spa is absolutely spotless, elegant, and so relaxing. The Royal Hamam was the best experience I’ve ever had! I...’ve done Moroccan baths before, but this one was truly heavenly. The Japanese Head Spa was incredible — this was my third session, and my hair has stopped falling out! The lymphatic drainage massage was also amazing; after my fourth treatment, the pain in my legs and shoulders completely disappeared. I’ll definitely keep doing these treatments. Recently I had the gold facial which was absolutely amazing and left my skin glowing for days I can’t help but keep coming back to Eden Spa regularly asI feel truly spoilt and relaxed as soon as I enter the door. Terrible, very unprofessional Lady kept yawning in my face, left bruises and multiple marks on my face - was assured this was normal however i have ha...d facials in the past and this has never been the reaction No consultation form so they didn’t know if i had severe allergies etc I paid for an hour facial with shoulder massage only for it to be 30minutes as they were 20 minutes late “getting my room sorted” and she forgot my massage Very abrupt and rude to me… told me off for flinching when she was digging into my face with some tool Would never think about coming back here! We’d like to clarify that, as discussed during our communication following your visit, we did issue you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We also understand that you chose to leave before your treatment could be completed, which meant our therapist was unable to provide the full facial and massage service as planned. All of our therapists are fully trained and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, including consultation procedures before each treatment. It is our deepest apology that you did not get provided that and we will ensure it never happens again in the future. Regarding the bruising, please note that no tools or techniques used during the brief portion of your treatment are designed to cause marks or bruising. Reactions can sometimes vary depending on skin sensitivity, but this type of severity is not typical, and we’re genuinely sorry for any discomfort you experienced. All of our therapists are fully qualified and follow strict consultation, hygiene, and care protocols to ensure the best possible experience for every client. We regret that your visit fell short of your expectations and will take your feedback into account as we continue to improve.

The moment you step into Eden Moroccan Bath and Spa, you feel like you’ve entered heaven — so relaxing and truly a 5-star experience. The Royal Hammam... was the best I’ve ever had, even better than the ones I’ve tried in the Middle East! Facial was the best it’s been a week and my face is still glowing, The massage was incredible, and the Japanese Head Spa was simply the best. I finished my visit with a hair blow dry, and it was perfect — one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be recommending Eden to all my friends and family.
