First walked into the salon and it was freezing cold from start to finish inside. Angel Eyelashes took 3 hrs to do and the ends are not right at all, ...didnt notice this until i got home. After i was booked in to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. No mention of a patch test to ask if iv had one, (I never had one). Had to eyebrows plucked instead of waxed as the wax wasn't working 🤷‍♀️. Then i had to have the tinted twice as the tint wasn't taking to my eyebrows. Still had to pay full price too, which seemed a bit unfair. A bit disappointed as i hadn't had these treatments fone for a long time 😕 Show more

Hi, your eyelashes did not take 3hrs they took 1hr 45mins which is standard for Angel lashes. As for your brows the option for a patch test is on my booksy and you did not book that on when booking your appointment and I apologised about the problem we had with the wax and asked if you wanted to still have them done and you said yes. I apologise if you felt cold but I did have the heaters on and they were right next to the lash bed, as it’s a morning appointment it can be cold first thing. I asked you a couple of times if you were happy with your lashes and brows when I handed you the mirror and you assured me more than once that you loved them. If you were unhappy you could have said before you left the salon as like I stated before I had asked you more than once if you were happy with them.
