However, as stated in my booking policy, there is a 15-minute grace period for lateness to ensure I can give each client their full appointment time. As you arrived 20 minutes late, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete your treatment without it affecting the next client’s booking. Regarding availability, at that time there were no suitable same-day slots to accommodate a full lash appointment. I always aim to be fair and transparent with my clients, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t how it came across. I appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best.
