I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you weren’t completely happy with your appointment, as of course we always want every client to leave feeling happy with their nails and their experience. I do understand that everyone has different expectations, and we really do value your feedback. Lacey is still young and training, so she is learning and building her confidence with every appointment.
